Supervisor: Landscape Maintenance

Are you an expert in horticulture and landscape maintenance? Are you a leader with a great attitude? Can you effectively juggle the needs of your crews, and clients and work in the field? If so, we want to hear from you! 



Responsibilities
 

  • Responsible for managing all field operations, with 3-5 crew leaders and 20-30 crew members working under you

  • Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to complete work within a budget, safety guidelines and quality standards

  • Guide and mentor field staff and help them carry out their duties

  • Communicate effectively with clients when challenges arise


For a perfect match

  • A college diploma in horticulture, landscaping, environment or a related field

  • 2+ years of leadership and team management skills

  • 3 years of industry experience

  • Must be able to work autonomously

  • Ability to multitask and manage stress

  • Functional knowledge of computers and applications

  • Bilingual (French and English), Spanish is considered an asset

  • Valid Quebec driver’s license with a clean driving record
