CREW LEADER -Rideau Canal

Full-time

Every great team leader knows that there’s no “I” in team.

Since we’re all about the group dynamic here at Strathmore, it’s no coincidence, then, that there’s also no “I” in “we want you to become the next successful leader of one of our Strathmore crews!”

If you’ve been around the landscaping business and have proven your expertise along the way, but are looking for your next major professional challenge, we’ve got just the role for you.

Strathmore crew leaders are some of the most vital components of our team, both in the office and out in the field. More than anything, it’ll be up to you to carry your team on your back and direct their landscape maintenance work on Strathmore client sites. Being a Strathmore kind of leader means ensuring our clients are guaranteed the very best service, based on our established schedules, specifications and procedures.

We’re looking for someone whose default settings are “courteous” and “polite,” someone who can conjure up his or her team’s A-game in good weather and bad, and someone who can assure clients that both you and the company are determined to provide them the very best service possible.

If this sounds like you, and you’d love to join our colourful team here at Strathmore, we’d love to meet you.
