Our culture is rooted into all aspects of our company and our teams’ lives, from the way employees treat each other to the way that our company puts our team first. Three vital aspects of our culture are opportunity, recognition, and celebration.

We promote based on performance, which means passion and dedication determines growth – Field supervisors started as Crew Members and Account Managers were promoted from a Field Supervisor role.

Employees take time to recognize each other in formal and informal ways, including internal awards and programs, such as WOW Raffle Tickets.

Celebrating is something Strathmore is known for – our company history is full of fun and creative events, and our team enjoys annual companywide celebrations such as Friday Fun Days with Street Hockey and Pizza, Family Apple Picking Excursions, Mother’s Day DIY Flower Pot Painting and Summer BBQ’s complete with Salsa Dancing, an on-site Barbershop and numerous Gift Giveaways!

At Strathmore, working safely and smartly is paramount to doing each job well. We do everything in our power to ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with government regulations — from pre-employment training to third-party audits, we use every tool at our disposal to fully respect all safety standards.
